









Bandung, UNIKOM – QIA Solution, in collaboration with the West Java Provincial Manpower Office (Disnaker Jabar) and the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), and supported by UNIKOM’s Faculty of Postgraduate Studies and the AP2SC Directorate, held a FREE BNSP Training and Certification event for Digital Marketing and Junior Web Developer competency tests.
The event was conducted over two days, from April 23 – 24, 2025, at the UNIKOM Smart Building Campus, 11th and 12th floors. It was attended by a total of 120 participants from UNIKOM and the general public. The UNIKOM participants included students, lecturers, and staff from the UNIKOM Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, staff from the UNIKOM AP2SC Directorate (Applications, Development, Training, and Service Center), and lecturers and students from the Management Study Program at the UNIKOM Faculty of Economics and Business.
The first day of the event began with an opening ceremony led by the Head of the Training and Productivity Division of Disnaker Jabar, Dr. Jatti Indriati, S.H., M.Si., a representative from QIA Solution management, the Dean of the UNIKOM Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra., M.Si., the Director of UNIKOM AP2SC, Bobi Kurniawan S, ST., M.Kom, and the Head of the Doctoral Program in Management Science at the UNIKOM Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Yani Syafei, M.T, CSBA.
Moving to the main agenda, the intensive training session involved providing material and assignments led by competent trainers in their respective fields. The training session on the first day, which ran from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, was successfully completed.
The second day’s activities started at 9:00 AM and concluded at 12:00 PM. The main activity on the second day was the competency test based on the materials and assignments given on the first day, according to the participants’ chosen competency field. Assessors conducted the assessment to select the successful participants. Those who pass the competency test administered by the assessor will subsequently receive their BNSP Certification.
This BNSP Training and Certification event is expected to help enhance the participants’ competence, boost competitiveness in the job market, improve the quality and productivity of the industry, and prepare participants to face constantly evolving technological challenges. It is also intended to help identify strengths and weaknesses and provide broader career opportunities for participants, particularly UNIKOM students, lecturers, and graduates. Through this collaboration between UNIKOM, QIA Solution, Disnaker Jabar, and BNSP, it is hoped that valuable input can be obtained to develop curricula that remain relevant to the standards of the working world, and to open the door to wider collaborations with various industries and companies.
