Bandung, UNIKOM – QIA Solution, in collaboration with the West Java Provincial Manpower Office (Disnaker Jabar) and BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency), together with the UNIKOM Postgraduate Faculty and AP2SC Directorate, organized a FREE BNSP Training and Certification event for the ICT Project Manager competency test.
This two-day event took place on April 28 – 29, 2025, at the UNIKOM Smart Building Campus, 11th and 12th floors, and was attended by a total of 60 participants from both UNIKOM and the general public. The participants from UNIKOM consisted of students and lecturers within the UNIKOM Postgraduate Faculty.
The first day of the BNSP training and certification was filled with intensive material delivery and assignments, featuring competent trainers in the field, making the training session on the first day, which ran from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a success. On the second day, the activities were dedicated to the competency test. Participants who meet the competency requirements and pass the test will later receive the BNSP-standardized ICT Project Manager Certification.
This BNSP Training and Certification activity is expected to help enhance the competence of the participants, increase competitiveness in the job market, improve industry quality and productivity, prepare participants to face evolving technological challenges, and help identify strengths and weaknesses while providing wider career opportunities for all attendees. The collaboration between UNIKOM, QIA Solution, Disnaker Jabar, and BNSP is hoped to provide input for curriculum development to ensure it remains relevant to the competency standards of the working world, and to open the door for broader cooperation with various industries and companies.
