




BANDUNG, UNIKOM – The Master of Management Study Program of the Graduate Faculty at UNIKOM conducted a Community Service and Empowerment (P2M) program on Thursday, April 24, 2025. The event was held in a hybrid format—online via Zoom Meeting and offline—focusing on Delima Cakery Sukabumi, a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), as the primary subject of assistance. The program was titled “Fostering Antifragility and Competitiveness of Delima Cakery Sukabumi in the Digital Landscape: Marketing Practices Facing the Evolution of the Marketing Mix.”
This initiative involved faculty members and students from the UNIKOM Graduate Faculty and STIE PASIM Sukabumi, including: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra., M.Si. (Lecturer of Master of Management and Dean of the Graduate Faculty at UNIKOM); Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Yani Syafei, MT., SCBA. (Lecturer of Master of Management and Head of the Doctor of Management Science Program); Dr. Deri Firmansyah, SE., MM. (Lecturer at STIE PASIM Sukabumi); Muhammad Farhan Al Aqsa, S.Ds. (Master of Design student at UNIKOM); and Andressa Noviar Azhari, S.E. (Master of Management student at UNIKOM).
During the implementation of this community service for Delima Cakery Sukabumi, the team provided insights into the impact of technological advancements in the digital era, issues of disruption, antifragility, competitiveness, and digital transformation. Based on this framework, the P2M program offered education and platform-based marketing practices by adopting an evolved marketing mix model aligned with digital technological developments.
By implementing concentration strategies, market expansion, and product development trials, the program seeks to provide tangible outcomes in fostering the antifragility and business continuity of Delima Cakery Sukabumi. These alternative solutions are aimed at strengthening the SME’s position within the digital business landscape, ultimately leading to a sustainable competitive advantage.
