On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Postgraduate Student Forum (FORMACA) of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, in collaboration with the Student Research and Development Center (PASMA) of the Postgraduate Faculty UNIKOM, held a Workshop entitled “Enhanced Cybersecurity Awareness in the Era of Industry 4.0 Digitalization” at the Postgraduate Building Auditorium, Campus II of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Jl. Cimencrang No. 10, Gede Bage – Bandung City, inviting speakers Dr. Yeffry Handoko Putra, S.T., M.T., and Geraldi Catur Pamuji, S.Kom., M.Kom., and attended by the Dean of the Postgraduate Faculty UNIKOM, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra., M.Si., and the Head of the Doctor of Management Science UNIKOM, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Yani Syafei, M.T., CSBA.
This event was opened with a welcome speech from the Dean of the Postgraduate Faculty UNIKOM, followed by a welcome speech from the Vice Dean III for Postgraduate Studies of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Prof. Dr. H. Dindin Solahudin, MA. Entering the main event, the material was presented by Dr. Yeffry Handoko Putra, S.T., M.T., with the discussion “A Holistic IT Approach to Asset Management”, then continued with the second material presentation delivered by Geraldi Catur Pamuji, S.Kom., M.Kom, with the discussion “Introduction to IT Governance in Cyber and Data Security”. After the material presentation, a discussion session followed the exchange of gifts and ended with a group photo for documentation.
This workshop is a collaboration between the Postgraduate Student Forum (FORMACA) of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati and the Student Research and Development Center (PASMA) of the Postgraduate Faculty UNIKOM, organized to increase awareness and skills in dealing with cyber threats. Through learning and practical training, it is expected that participants can implement the knowledge they have gained in their respective work environments so that they can strengthen the overall cyber defence of the organization.
