

BANDUNG, UNIKOM – Thursday, December 21, 2023, the Postgraduate Faculty of UNIKOM conducted a mentorship program for Az Zahra Chicken Bone Cracker culinary UMKM, owned by Mrs. Wati. This activity is a follow-up to the “1st International Community Service Implementation of IT-Based Management Science in Improving the Performance of Batik and Culinary Foods MSME in Cirebon City” which was previously held.
The Postgraduate Faculty members involved in the mentorship program include: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra., M.Si., Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Yani Syafei, M.T., Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deden Abdul Wahab Sya’roni, Ir., M.Si., Dr. Yeffry Handoko Putra, MT., Dr. Taufan Hidayatullah, S.Sn., M.Ds., Assoc. Prof. Dr Agus Riyanto, S.T.,M.T., Assoc. Prof. Isniar Budiarti, S.E, M.Si., Assoc. Prof. Isniar Budiarti, S.E, M.Si., Dr. Yusrila Y Kerlooza, S.Si, M.T., Dr. Ambarsih Ekawardhani, M.Sn., and Geraldi Catur Pamuji, S.Kom., M.Kom. They were assisted by DIM program students, namely Yudi Haryadi, SE., M.M., Dony Susandi, ST., MT., Deni Nurdiansyah, ST., MT., Ir. Masduki, M.Si., Windi Novianti, SE., MM., Muhammad Iffan, SE., MM., Hendar Rubedo, SE., MAB., Hafni Rizanuddin Nur, ST., MM., Ahmad Feriyansyah, SE., M.Si., Yadi Maryadi, SE., M.Si., and international students from Somalia, Abdikarim Abdulqadir Hussein and Ahmed Farah Hersi.



During the mentorship program for Az Zahra Chicken Bone Cracker UMKM, lecturers and students of the UNIKOM Postgraduate Faculty, along with students from Somalia, observed the entire production process from start to finish. The Postgraduate Faculty lecturers assessed and analyzed the product manufacturing process, providing guidance and discussions on product packaging and marketing. The activity concluded with a friendly gathering and group photo for documentation purposes.
