BANDUNG, UNIKOM – Tuesday, May 14, 2024, the Graduate School of UNIKOM held a Workshop and Guest Lecture with the theme “Determining Factors for Effective Use of Digitalization in Small Businesses”, in collaboration with Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). The event featured 5 invited speakers, including Prof. Dr. Huda Bt Haji Ibrahim, Prof. Dr. Azman Bin Yasin, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mazida Binti Ahmad, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mazni Binti Omar, and Dr. Hapini Awang. It was held in a hybrid format on the 12th floor of UNIKOM’s Smart Building, Room 12.022, and was attended by lecturers and students from all study programs within the Graduate School of UNIKOM.
The event commenced with an opening prayer led by the Head of the Master of Management Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deden Abdul Wahab Sya’roni, Ir., M.Si, followed by a welcoming speech and the official opening of the event by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra., M.Si. She also introduced the attending leadership of UNIKOM’s Postgraduate Faculty, offline and online, including the Head of the Master of Information Systems , Dr. Yeffry Handoko Putra, S.T, M.T. ; the Head of the Master of Management, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deden Abdul Wahab Sya’roni, Ir.,M.Si. ; the Head of the Master of Design, Dr. Taufan Hidayatullah, S.Sm., M. Ds. ; the Director of Internal Control and Audit, Dr. Dedi Sulistiyo S., S.T., M.T., CRP, CIHCM., and the Director of Innovation & Competition, Dr. Yusrila Y. Kerlooza, S.Si., M.T., who are all part of the Postgraduate Collaborative Research Team with UUM. Subsequently, a welcoming speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Huda Ibrahim representing UUM.
Entering the main event, the presentation was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mazida Binti Ahmad, followed by the second material by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mazni Binti Omar. Afterwards, the attendees participated in a question-and-answer session, which was interactively facilitated by the Student Affairs Advisor of UNIKOM Graduate School, Geraldi Catur Pamuji, S.Kom., M.Kom., as the moderator.
