BANDUNG, UNIKOM – Following the implementation of the 3rd International Community Service: “Institution Collaboration For International Community Service – Cianjur City – 2025, Improving Creativity And Digital Competency For Business Actors In MSMES Cianjur” on Sunday, February 16, 2025, the second day, Monday, February 17, 2025, was filled with knowledge sharing activities discussing the same theme and was carried out in a hybrid manner (Offline: Rumah Makan Ikan Bakar Rawabango 2, Jl. Rawabango Karangtengah Cianjur & Online: Zoom) with 80 people attending both online and offline, including Doctoral students of Management Science, Somali students studying at UNIKOM, Institutions and MSMEs. The MSME fostered in this international community service is the Cianjur UMKM Bumi Producers Cooperative.
This knowledge-sharing event was attended by several institutions, including the African Institute for Multidisciplinary Studies (AIMS) in Somalia, the Indonesian International Business School (STIE BII), Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) in Cirebon, Utpadaka Swastika University (UTPAS), Suryakancana University (UNSUR), the Ministry of Research and Technology, and the UNIKOM Graduate School. The speakers at the event were Doctoral students in Management Science from the UNIKOM Graduate School. Representatives from each institution presented their materials and shared insights on how to enhance creativity and digital competency for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cianjur.
The event began with remarks by Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Yani Syafei, M.T., CSBA, followed by remarks by Adisamad Abdirahman Omar, Ph.D., who opened the event. During the presentation session, each speaker presented interactively and informatively, followed by a question-and-answer session with the audience. The event concluded with a friendly gathering and a group photo for documentation purposes. This activity was carried out through the collaboration of the DIM Study Program of the UNIKOM Postgraduate Faculty with AIMS, the Cianjur UMKM Earth Producer Cooperative and the collaboration of the organizing committee which was DIM students and media partners (n2n, MNC Bank, Cooperative and Cianjur UMKM Earth Producer Cooperative, Indonesian International Business College (STIE BII), Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC), Utpadaka Swastika University (UTPAS), Suryakancana University (UNSUR) who also participated in helping and making this event a success.
