The UNIKOM Postgraduate Faculty held a Socialization and Strengthening Relationships (SISI) event in the context of New Student Admissions (PMB) for the 2024-2025 academic year. This event was opened by the Dean of the Postgraduate Faculty, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra., M.Si., welcomed the new students of the Master’s and Doctoral programs and introduced the vision, mission, organizational structure, and programs of the faculty.
Dr. Rahma emphasized the importance of research for Masters and Doctoral students, including the obligation to publish in accredited journals. Doctoral students are required to publish their scientific work in reputable international journals, while Masters students are required to attend international conferences such as INCITEST or ICOBEST. Dr. Rahma also introduced faculty programs such as webinars, industrial visits, and international PKM.
In addition, Dr. Rahma introduced the Postgraduate Student Research and Development Center (PASMA), which facilitates student research within the UNIKOM Postgraduate Faculty. PASMA also manages faculty journals, which contain research results from students and lecturers.
