Bandung – UNIKOM. On Monday, September 9, 2024, Prof. Dr. Ir. HM Yani Syafei, MT, CSBA, Head of the Doctoral Study Program in Management Science at Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM), attended the “Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Global Economy” International Community Services activity held at Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) in Cirebon City.
The event was held in the hall of Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) and attracted around 120 participants, including representatives from MSMEs, academia, and students.
Prof. Dr. Ir. HM Yani Syafei presented “The Importance of Maintaining Good Product Quality.” He emphasized that “improving product quality starts with a good process. To achieve this, companies must consider quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and the relationship between products and processes. This includes focusing on inputs (methods, environment, machinery, materials, and personnel), followed by efficient processes, to ultimately deliver high-quality products.”
After the presentation, the event concluded with a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement and a group photo session.
